Behind every great festival is a team that makes things happen and helps shape the atmosphere. If you'd like to actively contribute and experience the festival from the inside, we'd love to have you with us.
What You Get
Free festival entry (value: approx. CHF 140) in exchange for 8 hours of volunteering spread across the weekend — or a 50% discount on the ticket price for 4 hours of volunteering.
How It Works
Before the festival, you will receive access to a shift schedule where you can select your preferred slots. Depending on operational needs, some shifts may already be pre-assigned by us — always taking your preferences into account. You may swap shifts with other volunteers at any time. If certain slots remain unfilled, we will make the final assignments.
What to Expect
Volunteer tasks may include (subject to change):

Setup & Breakdown: Moving tables and chairs, setting up decorations, preparing rooms and spaces.
(Setup: Nov. 20 from 12:00 PM; Breakdown: Nov. 22 from 9:00 PM or Nov. 23 from 10:00 AM) -
Entrance & Reception: Welcoming guests warmly, checking tickets, answering questions, and creating a positive first impression.

Bar & Kitchen: Assisting with sales and distribution (snacks and drinks), while keeping the bar and kitchen areas clean and stocked throughout the event.

Restrooms & Cleaning: Checking restrooms at scheduled times, cleaning them, and ensuring that soap, paper, and other supplies are always replenished.

Technical & Sound Support: Helping ensure that music and sound run smoothly by setting up and monitoring speakers and equipment, and responding quickly to technical issues.

Awareness & Wellbeing: Acting as a trusted contact person for all participants. You are approachable, attentive, and help create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. If needed, you support conflict resolution discreetly and constructively.

Photography & Videography: Capturing special moments through photos and simple videos for social media — authentic, spontaneous, and close to the action.
Step-by-Step Process

Apply: Fill out the registration form and share your preferences.

Application Review: We will review your application and confirm your participation as a volunteer.

Choose Your Shifts: Select your preferred slots (8 hours for the full pass or 4 hours for a 50% discount).

Ticket or Discount Code: After shift assignments are finalized, you will receive your free ticket or discount code via email.

Online Briefing & Coordination: Before the festival, you will receive all important information, procedures, and your final shift schedule.

Enjoy the Festival: You work during your assigned times — and whenever you are off shift, you enjoy the festival to the fullest as part of our team.
Important to Know
Your commitment is binding — others are counting on you. You will know your schedule in advance and can fully enjoy the festival during your free time. If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask you to inform us as early as possible.
